Hey there! I’m Iliana, originally from Guatemala and now living in West Hollywood, CA.  As a certified newborn care specialist and pediatric sleep consultant, I offer evidence-based methodologies and create personalized plans tailored to your baby and family while providing support every step of the way.

I've been on this journey for 15 years and, as a busy mother of two myself, I get it. 

As a mama of two, I understand firsthand how each child is unique, with their own set of sleep challenges. That’s why I take a personalized approach, dedicating time to truly understand your child’s personality, your family’s parenting philosophies, and the intricacies of your daily life.
